Epic 7 mile run

We were so excited to have the team together for a mid-week run today! It was dark but thankfully Justin had some great reflective gear on as we ran through the dark woods...okay, so maybe it wasn't so helpful, but at least he tried! We started at a pretty good pace but really picked it up after mile 4. We had negative splits for the last 3 miles and ended up with a really great run!

I just love a great run! It really gets my day off to a great start! Now I'm pumped and ready for our 16 mile run Saturday!
